This site is the portfolio and service concierge of Shiela Rivera, an operations strategist and fractional COO. It introduces her three core services, AI architecture and workflow automation, AI dashboard design, and vetted talent acquisition, and lets visitors scope a project, estimate their savings, chat with an AI concierge, and book a discovery call directly on her calendar.
It is built for founders and operators of growth stage companies who are drowning in manual work, disjointed systems, or hiring gaps, and who want a clear, no pressure way to understand how operations, automation, and the right people can unlock scale.
Everything here is built and maintained by Shiela, informed by a decade leading operations across Singapore, the Philippines, Brunei, and remote teams. She partners with a vetted ecosystem of professionals, operations managers, executive assistants, bookkeepers, marketers, and automation engineers, to deliver the work that begins with the conversation this site is designed to start.
